Sammy Wong's all-purpose seasoning

Instructions
▢
Cook bacon until crisp.
6 bacon strips
▢
Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
▢
When cooled, cut into 1/2" width pieces.
▢
Shuck corn and grill for 10-15 minutes on a 400℉ grill until cooked and slightly charred or char corn on an open flame of a gas stove.
3 ears fresh corn

When cooled, remove kernals from the cob.
▢
Combine diced red onion, cilantro, juice from lime, olive oil and Sammy Wong's all-purpose seasoning together and allow to marinate.
1-2 Tbsp cilantro leaves,
1 lime,
1-2 Tbsp olive oil,
1 tsp Sammy Wong's all-purpose seasoning,
1/4 cup red onion

Add halved tomatoes.
1 Container variety of cherry tomatoes

When close to serving, cut avocado into cubes and add to salad. Toss with dressing to prevent avo from oxidizing and turning brown.
1 jumbo avocado
▢
Add bacon pieces and serve immediately.
