Instructions

Peel garlic.
1 bulb fresh garlic

Peel and large chop ginger.
2 inch fresh ginger

Add to a personal chopper and chop until fine pieces.
▢
Place in a sealable container.
▢
Add chopped scallions.
4 stalks chopped scallions

Add oil. Store in refrigerator until needed. Will last for 1 month in refrigerator.
