This spicy tahini mint sauce blends Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern flavors to bring this amazing sauce to accompany any lamb roast. So good it can be used for a salad dressing!

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into the chopper / blender
▢
Blend until smooth.
▢
Refrigerate for one hour for the flavors to blend and the sauce to thicken.
▢
Serve and enjoy with any roast accompaniment or as a salad dressing.
Notes
This makes a small bowl of sauce. You can always increase the quantities depending on your needs.
