Instructions

Squeeze lime juice and place in small chopper.

Add mint and cilantro.

Blend until fine.

Add chili.

Add ice to a measuring cup before adding water and measure.
1 cup iced water

Add masala spice mix.
2 tsp pani puri masala
▢
Add the chopped mint, cilantro mixture to water.

Add tamarind paste and brown sugar.
