FUDGY CHOCOLATE SAUCE
This fudgy chocolate sauce can be made in less than a minute. It's silky smooth and absolutely delicious. You can make this sauce with the chocolate of your choice. The key is how much milk is added to obtain the perfect viscosity and fudginess that elevates any dessert!
Ingredients
- 50 grams chocolate chips / chocolate
- 35-40 grams milk About 2/3 the weight of the chocolate
- ⅛ tsp vanilla paste / extract optional
Instructions
- Place chocolate in a microwavable, glass measuring jug with enough space for it to boil up.50 grams chocolate chips / chocolate
- Add milk.35-40 grams milk
- Place in microwave and set for one minute. DO NOT microwave for that long.
- Observe the jug in the microwave and stop it when the milk starts to boil up.
- Stir the chocolate mixture until incorporated.
- Add the vanilla extract and continue to stir.⅛ tsp vanilla paste / extract
- The chocolate sauce will gradually thicken as the chocolate cools.
- Pour it over ice cream, fruit or your favorite dessert and enjoy!
