Chocolate Sauce

Plant based milk can be used. About 2/3 the weight of the chocolate

Instructions
Make chocolate sauce
▢
Place chocolate in a microwavable, glass measuring jug with enough space for it to boil up.
50 grams chocolate chips / eating chocolate

Add milk.
35-40 grams milk
▢
Place in microwave and set for one minute. DO NOT microwave for that long.
▢
Observe the jug in the microwave and stop it when the milk starts to boil up.
▢
Stir the chocolate mixture until incorporated.
▢
Add the vanilla extract and continue to stir.
⅛ tsp vanilla paste / extract
Make the kataifi
▢
Preheat oven to 350℉ or 177℃
▢
Place kataifi on a baking sheet. Make nests or spread loose strands.

Drizzle both sides with melted butter.
2 Tbsp melted butter
▢
Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
▢
Allow cool completely before serving.
Grind pistachio meats
▢
Grind pistachio meats in a blender until granular.

DIY assembly
▢
Place kataifi on the bottom and add your fixins.
