Tall bowl / pot for suspending popsicles
Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare bananas
▢
Peel and cut bananas in half
▢
Skewer each banana with stick
▢
Freeze banana for an hour
Make Chocolate Sauce
▢
Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a tall, narrow, microwave-safe container.
▢
Microwave chocolate and coconut oil until melted. The time depends on the strength on your microwave. Approx. 1-2 minutes. DO NOT BURN!

Stir the mixture until combined and viscous.
▢
Cool to room temperature
Dipping Bananas
▢
Hold melted chocolate container at a diagonal and swirl the frozen banana around the chocolate
▢
If adding toppings, swirl the banana into the toppings container when the chocolate has not hardened
▢
Attach a binder clip to the popsicle close to the banana
▢
Briefly suspend popsicle over a bowl / pot until dry. Enjoy
