shredded cooked rotisserie chicken

chopped celery
▢

miracle whip

milk / kefir / yoghurt

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
▢
Chop celery into small dices
▢
Shred chicken meat and place into a bowl. Remove any chicken skin.
▢
Add celery to the chicken
▢
Mix the miracle whip and milk into the chicken.
▢
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grilling the sandwich
▢
Add butter to the pan
▢
Make the chicken salad sandwich and place it in the pan
▢
Flip the sandwich when the bread is grilled. If necessary, add additional butter.
Notes
This juicy grilled chicken sandwich is delicious with shredded lettuce. Shred lettuce and add to sandwich after grilling.
