Peanut Dressing

peanut butter
Preferably without sugar and salt
▢

Tbsp
rice vinegar
▢

Tbsp
sesame oil
▢

Tbsp
honey.
Can use sugar if you don't have honey
▢

Tbsp
light soy sauce
▢

tsp
chili sauce.
Like Sriracha
▢

scallion
▢

clove
garlic
▢

salt
▢
⅛

white pepper
▢

fresh lime juice
▢

water

fresh serano or thai chili
Instructions
Make Peanut dressing
▢
Chop garlic
▢
Chop scallion
▢
Deseed and slice chili.
▢
Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT CHILI for the peanut dressing into a blender
▢
Blend dressing until smooth.
▢
Add sliced chili and stir.
▢
Allow dressing to sit and for flavors to mix.
▢
Enjoy!
Notes
Place leftover salad dressing in an airtight container and refrigerate.
