mushroom bouillon
Instructions
▢
Cut and remove seeds from pumpkin.
▢
Wash and remove any stringy pumpkin bits.
▢
Strain through a colander.
▢
Place in a bowl and sprinkle with mushroom bouillon.
▢
Allow to "marinate" for at least ½ hour.
▢
Place seeds on a foil-lined baking tray.
▢
Bake at 350° F (177° C) for 1 hour until crisp and dry.
▢
Separate individual pumpkin seeds and eat while crisp.
