fresh minced garlic

Laoganma spicy chili crisp

sesame oil

Shaoxing Chinese cooking wine

chicken bouillon powder

Sriracha chili sauce
optional for added acidity and spice
▢
cilantro and chopped scallions
for garnish
Instructions
▢
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl except for the sriracha chili sauce
▢
Microwave for 15 seconds on maximum power.
▢
Add sriracha chili sauce if extra tang and spiciness is desired.
▢
Add cooked dumplings in bowl and combine.
▢
Garnish with cilantro and chopped scallions.
▢
Serve!

This sauce is per person so that it can be made when a quick lunch is needed for one person!
