Instructions

Cut Roast to 1½ thick pieces
▢
Mix above sauce ingredients
▢
Marinate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight or even several days!
▢
Roast or BBQ slices until internal temperature reads 160°F. Remove and let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
